Pest Control by Industry

What an inspector looks for in a kitchen is not what an auditor looks for in a warehouse. Each sector gets the programme it actually needs.

The approach

One team, ten different specifications

The technicians, the products and the municipality approvals are the same across every sector we work in. Almost everything else changes.

A restaurant needs monthly visits, night work and records an inspector will accept. A school needs the opposite of a restaurant: term-break scheduling and the lowest-toxicity method that will do the job. A food production site needs monitoring at audit density and a written justification for anything applied in a production zone.

Buying a generic commercial contract and hoping it fits is how businesses end up with a file that does not survive an inspection. Pick the sector below that matches yours.

  • Sector-specific scheduling, methods and documentation
  • Municipality-approved products and technicians throughout
  • Work planned around trading, production or teaching hours
  • Records built for whoever will actually read them

FAQ

Industry pest control: common questions

We are a small business. Is a sector programme overkill?

Not usually, no, the sector decides the schedule and the paperwork, not the price floor. A small cafe still needs a monthly schedule and records; it just costs less than a large one.

What if our business spans two of these?

Common, and it is fine. A hotel with a restaurant is priced as both, because the kitchen genuinely needs a kitchen schedule.

Do you provide documentation for audits and inspections?

Yes, and the standard varies by sector. A restaurant needs dated visit records; a food production site needs zoned monitoring with trend data. The survey establishes which you need.

Can you work around our operating hours?

Yes. Night work, weekends, term breaks and production downtime are all normal for us.
