Industries
Municipality-approved treatment on a monthly schedule, worked around service, with the visit records an inspection asks to see.
The problem
A restaurant does not buy pest control because cockroaches are unpleasant. It buys pest control because a municipality inspector can close the kitchen, and because one photograph on social media does more damage than any fine.
That changes what the service has to be. Monthly rather than quarterly. Night work rather than during service. Documented, because an inspector asks for records and a verbal assurance is worth nothing.
The recurring sources in a Dubai kitchen are consistent: floor drains and grease traps, the gap behind and under fixed equipment, cardboard from deliveries, and the bin area outside the back door. Most of the job is those four.
Restaurants are priced by kitchen size and visit frequency. Almost all need monthly rather than quarterly, and the figures below reflect that.
| What is treated | Indicative price |
|---|---|
| Small cafe or takeaway | AED 400 – 700 per visit |
| Restaurant, single kitchen | AED 600 – 1,200 per visit |
| Large or multi-outlet kitchen | AED 1,200 – 2,500 per visit |
| Monthly contract, restaurant | AED 7,200 – 14,400 per year |
| Emergency visit during service | On the call |
Indicative prices, confirmed after the free inspection. The final figure depends on the size of the property and how established the problem is.
The inspection
The single most common cockroach harbourage in a Dubai kitchen, and the least often treated.
The void behind a cold room, under a range, inside a plinth. Warm, greasy and undisturbed.
Cockroach egg cases travel in on cardboard. Where it is broken down and stored matters.
What happens outside the door at 11pm decides what is inside it at 6am.
Stored-product insects in flour, rice and pulses, which get blamed on the supplier.
Lockers and break rooms, which sit outside the cleaning schedule and rarely get checked.

FAQ
Yes, and for most kitchens it is the only sensible option. Treatment happens after close so surfaces are clear and there is no contact with food.
Dated visit records, what was found and done, our municipality approval, and product data sheets. All of that comes as standard on a contract, ask to see the file at any time.
Monthly for almost every kitchen. Quarterly is a domestic schedule and it is not enough where food, warmth and waste are constant.
Call. Same-day visits are possible and this is exactly the case they exist for.
Tell us the size of the kitchen and your service hours. The survey is free and night visits are standard.
