Industries
Mapped bait stations, monitored dock doors and stock protected, with the trend data an audit wants to see.
The problem
A warehouse cannot be sealed. Dock doors stand open for hours, vehicles come and go, and pallets arrive from sites with their own pest problems. Treating the inside of a building with an open wall is not a strategy.
So the programme is built around the boundary and the monitoring. External bait stations at the perimeter, monitored internal stations on a mapped grid, and particular attention to the dock apron, which is where nearly everything arrives.
The value of the mapped grid is the trend. A station going from zero to two to six over three visits tells you something is establishing, months before anyone sees a rodent in the racking.
Warehouses are priced by floor area and by the number of monitoring points, which follows from the number of doors and the racking layout.
| What is treated | Indicative price |
|---|---|
| Small unit, under 500 m² | AED 1,000 – 1,800 per visit |
| Warehouse, 500–2,000 m² | AED 1,800 – 4,000 per visit |
| Large distribution centre | On survey |
| Cold store | On survey |
| Proofing works, dock doors and gaps | On survey |
Indicative prices, confirmed after the free inspection. The final figure depends on the size of the property and how established the problem is.
The inspection
The main route in, and where most first sightings happen.
Cardboard and wooden pallets carry insects in from elsewhere. Where they are broken down matters.
Where the external bait line sits, and what is on the other side of the wall.
Pallets that have not moved in months are where an established population will be.
Rodent and bird routes above the working floor, rarely inspected.
Canteens and break rooms, which carry domestic pest pressure inside an industrial building.
For the audit
Every station mapped and numbered, so nothing is checked from memory.
Readings per point over time, which is what an auditor asks to see.
Data sheets and municipality approvals, kept on file.
What was done when a reading moved, and whether it worked.
What we treat here

FAQ
Yes. Most warehouse work fits between shifts or during a quiet window, and station checks do not require the floor to stop.
Identify it, show you where it is entering, and treat the receiving area as a control point. Proofing the dock and changing where cardboard is broken down often does more than any treatment.
A numbered site plan, per-station readings over time, action records, and product approvals. That is the standard file on a warehouse contract.
Yes, though they are surveyed individually, temperature changes both the pest pressure and what can be applied.
Tell us the floor area and the number of dock doors. The survey establishes how many monitoring points the site needs.
