Our process
Inspection, Treatment, Follow-Up
What actually happens from the moment you call to the moment we confirm the problem is gone.
The method
Integrated pest management, in practice
Integrated pest management means the treatment is the third step, not the first. Identify the species, find the harbourage and the entry route, then choose a method that suits the room, and close the route afterwards so the problem does not simply regenerate.
Done this way a job uses less product, not more. That is what "more pest control, less pesticide" means, and it is the reason a kitchen gets gel bait rather than a blanket spray.
- Species identified before any product is chosen
- Harbourage and entry route found, not just the sighting
- Method chosen for the room, not for speed
- Entry route closed so it does not recur
Step by step
The four stages of every job
1. Your call
Tell us the pest, the property and the area. We book the inspection, there is no charge for it.
2. Inspection
The technician identifies the species, finds the harbourage and traces the entry route, then quotes.
3. Treatment
Municipality-approved products, applied where the pest is. You get written preparation and aftercare instructions.
4. Follow-up
A return visit to confirm the result and re-treat anything the first visit did not reach.
What it costs
The inspection is free. The quote comes after it, and it is a fixed price for the work described, not an hourly rate and not an estimate that moves on the day.
| Property | Indicative price |
|---|---|
| Apartments | AED 175 – 350 |
| Villas and townhouses | AED 250 – 600 |
| Offices and shops | AED 150 – 1,000 |
| Restaurants | AED 150 – 500 per service |
Indicative prices, confirmed after the free inspection. The final price depends on the size of the property and how established the infestation is.
FAQ
The process: common questions
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. A technician attends, identifies what you have and tells you what treating it involves. You are quoted after that, and you are free to say no.
How soon after the inspection is the treatment?
Often the same visit, where the inspection confirms a straightforward treatment and you are happy to proceed. Larger or commercial jobs are usually scheduled.
What will I need to do before the technician arrives?
It depends on the treatment. A cockroach job needs the under-sink and cooker cupboards emptied; a bed bug job needs bedding washed hot and floors cleared. You will be told what applies to yours when the visit is booked.
When does the follow-up visit happen?
It is timed to the pest, for bed bugs it is set from the start, because eggs laid before the first treatment hatch after it.
